Due to Covid-19 restrictions only 6 people maximum may stay in Horn Cote Farm. This means that the accommodation is flexible and you have a choice of rooms.

1x 5ft King Size with ensuite bathroom. Option of 1x small guest double and / or 1x small guest single bed

First Floor Bedroom 2

Sleeps 1-2

1x double futon bed. Ideal location for a travel cot, or young children, as next to the Master Bedroom.

First Floor Suite 3

Sleeps 1-3

1x double and 1x single bed with ensuite shower room.

Second Floor Dormitory 1

Sleeps 1-5

5x single beds OR 1x king and 3x single beds.

Second Floor Dormitory 2

Sleeps 1-4

4x single beds OR 1x king and 2 single beds.
